-On the next page: Fill in your name , your email address ( use the same email address you use for alert pay
-Fill in the reference number. You can get that ref # from you account overview
-Then click on "I want to dispute a transaction" on Reason
-Click "yes" on Have you contactedt the merchant?
-Click "yes" on I understand that it can take up to 3 weeks to complete the investigation.
On the message details:
Subject: "Merchant not honoring agreement"
On the body a messge: "Merchant is not honoring agreement. I have contact merchant more than 5 times and have not received a response."
